Something's not right, what do I do?
Feel free to Contact Us to book an assessment to determine how to proceed. Once your condition has been diagnosed, your doctor will create a treatment plan personalized to your needs and goals. A thorough outline of your next steps to recovery will be provided. In case it is a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention.
What should I bring to my initial consultation?
Please bring any recent medical reports such as X-ray or MRI results and doctor's notes pertaining to the area of issue. It would be helpful to wear comfortable, flexible clothing, and if possible, bring a pair of shorts and a tank top. (In case your injuries are work related (WSIB), we will need your claim number and adjudicator name and contact number. If your injuries are related to Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), we will need your Insurance Company's name, policy number, claim number, your adjuster's name and contact number, and your extended health benefit information.)
Do I need a referral?
Chiropractors are primary care physicians that do not require a referral in order to be seen. Depending on the service and/or your insurance company, you may need a referral from a physician. Please consult your insurance agency for details.
How many visits will I need?
The number of visits necessary depends on many factors that may affect the effectiveness of therapy. We will do our best to go through known factors in your personal case to give you a better picture of your expected outcomes.
How do I pay for services?
We accept payments of cash, cheque, and debit. You will be provided a receipt for each session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. (Motor vehicle accidents and WSIB claims may be done directly by our facility, please ask for details.)
